A smooth and non-greasy stabilized emulsion which serves as an all-purpose ointment base for prescription compounding. Capable of holding up to five times its weight in water. May be used alone as a lubricant, or as a non-sensitizing vehicle for most topical medications in the treatment of common skin disorders.
